We manufacture a wide selection of indexable milling tooling, including milling cutters and carbide inserts, and high-performance milling insert grades and geometries. We also manufacture solid carbide endmills that achieve faster metal removal, reduced production costs, and less machining time. Our solid carbide endmills are engineered for high-speed cutting and high-performance machining. Multi-coated and diamond-coated endmills are also available. Furthermore, Stellram drilling systems are capable of drilling holes in a range of diameters from 0.098” to 5.905” (2,50mm to 150,00mm) with three different families of drills. All indexable insert drills offer through-coolant capability for optimum chip evacuation and increased tool life. Our Stellram turning tooling includes leading edge grades and geometries, patented coating technologies, and tools for heavy-duty turning and Swiss automatic and posimatic turning. Last, our threading systems are designed for high-volume thread cutting and thread rolling applications.
