Returns Policy

To expedite your request for return, please follow these few simple steps:

• Call 978-356-0097 or 800-462-3026 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
• Be sure to include a copy of the RMA Acknowledgement that was faxed or emailed to you in your return shipment. Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by this form.
• All returns must be in their original packaging and delivered or shipped to Todd Tool & Abrasive Systems within 30 days of receipt.
• All returned goods must be shipped prepaid and may be subject to applicable manufacturer’s restocking charges.
• Claims for discrepancies in shipments must be made within 10 days of receipt of material or they will not be accepted.
• Materials returned after 30 days from date of shipment will not be accepted.
• Altered standards and specials cannot be returned.
